Apolitical, non-confessional and independent, arcenciel’s action plan is based on the following principals:

  arcenciel recognizes that all people are equal. which is why arcenciel’s team members serve all people without discrimination of race, religion or gender.

  arcenciel's team lives by a certain value daily: to respect all human beings, therefore everyone is dignified and welcomed with respect

  arcenciel abides by hospitality norms when welcoming anyone. Thus arcenciel’s team members constantly demonstrate their availability, discretion and devotion to all beneficiaries.

  Trust, loyalty, equality and solidarity are the values that unite members of every team at arcenciel, volunteers and employees alike, in the pursuit of a selfless goal: people in difficulty at the service of people with difficulty.

• Professionalism

  Beneficiaries, and especially the most vulnerable ones, have the right to the best service, this is why high-performance is the goal of every team member of arcenciel. The follow-up on accomplished deeds ensures the quality of the delivered service.

• Transparency

  arcenciel bases its action policy on the notions of integrity (to apply what we say) and moral transparency (to say and show what we think)
